Duvets and pillows are provided, covers, sheets and towels are not included and need to be provided by you. Electricity and gas are included in the cost of your holiday. Parking is included for 2 cars (alongside the door side of caravan); please provide your car registration/s so we can notify the park you wish to use the parking facilities. The kitchen includes full size stove top kettle and small electric kettle. The caravan is well equiped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking and preparation and cleaning items.
Extras you may wish to buy
Wifi on site is available at a cost of £4 per hour, from the Park Resorts office. Park club facility passes are available as an option when making your purchase online, or when paying by cheque. (£53 peak £39 off peak for passes for entire party). Alternatively, you may pay as you go (Park Resorts charge £5 per person each day to use the club facilities).
Your accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. The office may close at 5pm so you need to be there to pick up your keys by that time. You will need to vacate the accomodation and return the keys to the owners elite office by 11am on the day of departure.
If you expect to arrive after 5pm on the first day of your stay, it may by possible to arrange for slightly later collection of keys but it is not guarenteed. Please let us know and we will help if possible. Unless we are previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 9am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled, and refunds will not be given.
Great family holidays
Park Resorts and their facilities are intended for family holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people under the age of 18. Other parties of young people are accepted only at our discretion. Please note that if you look younger than 21, you may be asked to prove you are over 18.
